CDI - Infrastructure Manager - Hosting & Cloud

Job Summary
Design, implement, and manage cloud and on-premise hosting infrastructure on Microsoft Azure to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-effective services for enterprise applications and data platforms. Lead infrastructure teams, oversee cloud strategy, and drive migration initiatives from on-premise to hybrid cloud environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance with security standards including SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR while collaborating with DevOps, security, and vendor teams. Manage budgets, optimize costs through FinOps practices, and lead incident response and root cause analysis to maintain service reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud environments
- Experience managing cloud or hosting environments
- Experience leading infrastructure or cloud engineering teams
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in hybrid environments and VMware virtualization
- Fluent English
- Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure (Hybrid Environment)
- Infrastructure: VMware, Hyper-V
- Automation / IaC: Terraform
- Containers: Kubernetes
- Configuration management: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
- Networking: VPC, VPN, load balancing, firewalls
