Job Summary
Coordinate and drive the implementation of the Group's asset management strategy across business units, acting as the main liaison between local and Group departments including Leasing, Operations, Design, Development, and Marketing. Contribute to the development of the Group-wide asset value creation strategy, ensuring subsidiaries remain aligned with financial objectives while monitoring key performance indicators such as rental growth, tenant performance, and vacancy levels. Prepare detailed financial reports, assess strategic initiative impacts, and coordinate cross-functional teams for five-year business plans and major project delivery. Lead annual Estimated Rental Value reviews and oversee operational process implementation to maximize value. Fluency in English and French is mandatory, with a Master's degree and five years of experience in asset management or real estate finance required. Based in Paris, France, full-time role with teleworking flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) from a leading business school or university, with a specialization in Finance, Asset Management, or Real Estate Finance
- Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, within a related industry or in Transaction Services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Significant experience working in an international environment, ideally within commercial real estate, banking, or consulting, with a global mindset and the ability to work effectively across different cultures
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and foster collaboration across functions to achieve common financial objectives
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
