Ensure regulatory compliance for skincare and fragrance-derived products across all global markets where Chanel operates. Conduct regulatory intelligence, analyze portfolio impacts, and lead action plans with marketing teams. Validate formula conformity and ingredient lists for finished goods, preparing dossiers for international and EU market launches. Evaluate BAT packaging and communication supports, assessing product claims through risk analysis to propose alternatives. Serve as the primary contact for internal experts and external regulatory representatives, representing the function in cross-project initiatives and external bodies. Coordinate with control authorities for inspections and assist in continuous process improvements. Requires Bac+5 scientific degree, three years of cosmetic regulatory experience, and English proficiency.
