Job Summary
Conduct customer checkout and assist shoppers with their weekly grocery needs at the store. Manage product display and rotation to ensure service quality and maintain brand standards. Engage with clients to build trust while promoting in-house brands and premium offerings. Operate on a one Saturday every two weeks with an eight-hour weekly schedule, available year-round including school holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Major (18+ years old)
- Availability throughout the year, including school holidays
- Ability to increase weekly hours if needed
- Customer contact skills
- Relationship building skills
- Listening skills
- Ability to create links of trust and proximity with clients and teammates
- Willingness to undergo integration and training period
- Ability to handle cash register operations
- Product presentation skills
- Stock rotation skills
- Ability to ensure impeccable service quality
- Willingness to work 1 Saturday out of 2
- Willingness to work 8 hours per week
