Act as the interface between clients, Administration Livraison, and Exploitation du Dépôt to ensure continuous improvement. Establish structured follow-up for Grand Compte clients, secure stock volumes by forwarding needs to Flux and Ultra-Frais advisors, and monitor client orders with the logistics provider. Manage direct and semi-direct supplier deliveries, handle disputes, track consumable inventory levels, and place necessary orders. Maintain daily activity reports for traceability and serve as the ISO 22000 reference within the team. Identify improvement axes and propose concrete solutions to optimize activity while fostering transversality with the exploitation team.
