Job Summary
Define and maintain the Group's global compensation philosophy, salary structures, and job architecture frameworks while governing annual review cycles, STI/LTI programs, and pay equity monitoring. Own the global job architecture and levelling framework, ensuring consistency across 15 countries and supporting organizational design initiatives. Build a robust people analytics capability, including Executive Committee dashboards and predictive workforce intelligence, to support strategic planning. Lead compensation harmonization and rewards due diligence following the Averna acquisition, developing scalable integration playbooks for future M&A activities. This role supports the newly formed group's growth and transformation within the aerospace, defense, and energy sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Global Rewards, HRIS, or People Analytics
- Experience with Workday
- Strong compensation and job architecture expertise
- Experience supporting M&A integrations
- Advanced workforce analytics and reporting capability
