Job Summary
Respond to customer requests, advise clients, and ensure high-quality follow-up while managing escalations and coordinating internal stakeholders. Ensure end-to-end resolution through analysis, action planning, and closure, maintaining compliance with contractual commitments and SLAs. Monitor billing items for verification and consistency, then contribute to portfolio growth by collecting forecasts and assessing operational feasibility for custom requests. Prepare quotes, propose suitable solutions, and participate in steering committee meetings to drive continuous improvement in on-site routines and processes.
Required Qualifications
- +2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, operations, coordination, etc.)
- Fluency in English 🇬🇧
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills (handling multiple tasks, managing emergencies)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong customer focus
- Hands-on approach to act quickly and understand operational issues
- Proficient with tools (Excel/Google Sheets; WMS is appreciate)
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or operations is appreciate
