Job Summary
Reporting to the Purchasing Division Director, the role involves leading and formalizing product and supplier evaluation and selection processes. Key responsibilities include defining and monitoring supplier quality requirements, conducting supplier audits, managing non-conformities, collaborating with internal teams across procurement, production quality, R&D, and logistics, ensuring compliance with quality documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree and at least 10 years of experience in a relevant industrial sector, preferably aerospace or automotive. Strong relationship management skills and fluency in English are essential.
Required Qualifications
