Job Summary
Team Manager to support the Boutique Leadership, energize and develop the team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include driving commercial performance, analyzing results, orchestrating floor activity, coaching and developing staff, implementing product-trained clienteling strategies, managing CRM data and VIP/prospect follow-ups, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and overseeing stock and operational processes. The role requires leading by example on service excellence, motivating the team, and upholding the brand’s values and image. Located in Paris with full-time CDI expectations; French and English language proficiency is needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of management experience in sales teams (preferably in Fashion/Luxury)
- Fluent French, professional English
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to manage planning, resource allocation, and CRM-based clienteling
