Job Summary
Co-organize retail store activities, ensure adherence to brand standards, and manage daily operations including planning, reporting, and inventory audits. Guarantee customer satisfaction through an omnichannel experience while leading the sales team, conducting briefings, and fostering cohesion. Drive store performance by analyzing sales figures, optimizing commercial indicators, and representing the boutique to internal and external stakeholders. This role begins in September 2026 within the retail network of Petit Bateau, a heritage brand connecting children to nature.
