Job Summary
Co-organize the retail store activity and ensure strict adherence to Petit Bateau standards through planning, reporting, audits, and inventory management. Guarantee a unique omnichannel client experience while animing the sales team daily to foster cohesion and drive results. Contribute to sales performance analysis and optimize commercial indicators such as conversion rates and average basket size. Represent the boutique direction in the absence of the store manager to maintain strategic continuity with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of at least 2 years
- Expertise in the field of sales and management
- Irreproachable sales argumentation for the brand and products
