Job Summary
Conduct afternoon retail operations from 15h to 20h, Monday through Friday, by stocking shelves, performing inventory counts, and managing stock renewal alongside your manager. Assist customers with a friendly demeanor while handling cash register support and driving deliveries. After an initial integration period familiarizing you with store processes, you will work in a binome to ensure product placement meets storage and presentation guidelines. This role offers an attractive fixed plus variable salary with meal allowances, participation, and health insurance, alongside a 3rd place distribution ranking context.
Required Qualifications
- Available from 15h to 20h, Monday to Friday
- Willingness to work in a binome with the afternoon manager
- Ability to listen to customer needs
- Ability to arrange products and merchandise in aisles according to storage, placement, and presentation guidelines
- Ability to perform inventory of in-stock products
- Ability to participate in product renewal
- Ability to conduct drives and operate the register
- Ability to assist customers with a smile and kindness
