Job Summary
Conceive and pilot conference programs and interactive formats aligned with exhibition strategies. Collaborate with exhibition directors and marketing teams to identify priority topics and key speakers. Recruit, support, and coordinate experts, subject matter experts, and partners. Ensure operational production and follow-up for all events. Design and implement networking experiences and innovative formats to drive participant engagement. Coordinate award programs, including campaign management and jury supervision. Develop strategic partnerships and track performance metrics to inform improvement recommendations. Produce and distribute content across web, social media, and event channels. Maintain market intelligence on emerging trends and propose new services for participants.
Required Qualifications
- Formation supérieure en communication, marketing, événementiel, journalisme ou équivalent
- Expérience réussie dans la production de conférences, la gestion de contenus ou l'événementiel BtoB
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et relationnelles
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à coordonner de nombreux interlocuteurs
- Esprit d'initiative, curiosité et sens de l'innovation
- Français et anglais courants
- 2 jours de télétravail possible par semaine
