CDD Process & Assurance Senior Lead

Job Summary
Process leadership for Counterparty Due Diligence and Pre-Qualification operations across centers, including on-demand screening, queue monitoring, and workload prioritization. Review research from analysts, validate matches, and recommend risk levels or escalation paths with annotated rationales in the CDD tool. Act as the primary point of contact for raised cases, drafting mitigating actions and following up with business stakeholders to gather context. Ensure compliance with CDD and HRAGCP policies while driving continuous improvement, process standardization, and data integrity. Serve as a subject matter expert advising E&C, Legal, and segments on due diligence evaluations and participating in relevant practitioner forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Finance, Accounting, or professional certification such as ACAMS or ICA
- Working experience in CDD and Pre-Qualification / AML, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
