Job Summary
Maintenance Project Coordinator responsible for structuring maintenance activities, establishing maintenance programs and budgets, following the achievement of works from brief to completion with cost follow up, organizing facility management of the Geneva flagship, and assisting in Health and Safety compliance; supports store events and new store openings, coordinates with vendors/contractors and store teams, oversees preventive and emergency maintenance (HVAC, lighting, floors/ceilings, furniture, lifts, security systems and alarms), and contributes to group audits while promoting sustainable practices and quality aligned with Hermès standards.
Required Qualifications
- Technical studies
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
- English skills (spoken and written)
- German / Italian appreciated
- Microsoft Office tools / Outlook
- Understanding of luxury retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems and to address multi-task topics
- Requires excellent organization and administrative skills
