CDD - Head Of Billing - IS/IT Group (F/H)

Define financial engineering for IS/IT cost reassignment across the Group, including updating Unit of Work (UO) structures and constructing accurate cost matrices. Propose financing evolution scenarios aligned with Financial Direction rules while driving 100% variable billing for IS/IT services. Monitor MYB-distributed UO consumption, forecast revenues, and ensure user access to reports justifying reassignment levels. Implement necessary tools to track revenue evolution and maintain the cost-to-revenue mapping matrix throughout the year. Pilot FinUse, Pay per Use, and BI use-case improvements, and train stakeholders on the Cost & Value Tool. Collaborate with service owners and the Financial Direction to strengthen the bureau's value perception and exercise alert rights when needed.
