Job Summary
Coordinate fragrance launches for the EU region, building the product launch schedule and ensuring coordination with Category Management, brands, and the Quality, Finance & Supply Chain teams throughout all stages. Oversee the launch plan, communicate progress, and flag potential risks; propose solutions in case of risk or delay in collaboration with supply and e-merch teams. Anticipate unforeseen events, communicate changes internally, to markets and brands, and manage launches for one of the year’s major events: Christmas.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role (internships included)
- Graduate of business school / university / engineering school
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Good responsiveness and service orientation
- Proficient in Excel
- Good level of English
- Interest in beauty industry
