CDD - Client Engagement Manager (H/F)

Define and lead the global Clienteling strategy, establishing standards and a three-year roadmap focused on client retention and lifetime value. Build client segmentation frameworks and engagement programs while overseeing outreach initiatives and newsletter strategy. Drive field adoption by developing training programs and monitoring performance dashboards to track regional targets and ROI. Act as the business owner for CRM platforms, leading technological enhancements and omnichannel transformation projects. Manage a team of four and oversee the operating budget, presenting strategic updates to management.
