Job Summary
Execute bi-annual showroom events at Paris headquarters, managing end-to-end planning, budget tracking, and vendor coordination for logistics, catering, and technical support. Oversee physical setup and dismantling while adhering to brand standards and security protocols, developing minute-by-minute production plans. Serve as the primary contact for visitors, handling invitations, RSVPs, and on-site registration, then process invoices and conduct post-event debriefs to refine future processes. Requires 3+ years in event coordination or showroom management within luxury, fashion, or high-end hospitality, with French language skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in event coordination or external suppliers' management or showroom management, or a similar role within the luxury, fashion, or high-end hospitality industry
- Fluent in English
- Curiosity, comfort in navigating ambiguity
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, from senior executives to external vendors
- Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management toolset (Project planning /Gantt chart, budget planning, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
