- Experience in project and workflow management with JIRA
- Ability to provide technical support for JIRA and Confluence

- Certification Agile with Atlassian
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Strong documentation skills
- Proficient in Confluence, Sharepoint, Xray, and Selenium
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Teams and Klaxoon
- Ability to report using PowerBI and Qlik
