Job Summary
Supervise analysis and risk management for the selection, development, and sourcing of innovative active ingredients for skincare, makeup, and toiletries. Coordinate ingredient projects from experimental phases through regulatory approval while managing raw material forecasts to secure supply chains. Ensure compliance, quality, safety, and sustainability across all materials by coordinating with scientific, regulatory, toxicological, and sustainability expertise. Facilitate the submission of technical regulatory dossiers to guarantee ingredient homologation in line with selection strategies. Collaborate closely with internal Process and Analysis teams to monitor quality requirements and support operational implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+5 in biochemistry, cosmetics, pharmacy or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in the development of active cosmetic ingredients, phytochemistry or a similar field
- Knowledge of raw material development, toxicology, biology and regulation of natural ingredient origin
- Project management skills
- English language proficiency
- Rigorous, organized and excellent analytical mindset
- Ability to bring together diverse expertise
- Risk anticipation
- Ability to drive projects forward with conviction
