Job Summary
Hermès seeks a bilingual Client Advisor fluent in German and English to support European e-commerce and stores. You will be the single point of contact for e-commerce customers and stores, handling interactions via phone, email, and WhatsApp, advising customers, driving sales, following European orders end-to-end, and delivering an exceptional omnichannel shopping experience. You’ll provide product information, assist with procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges), manage relationships to foster engagement and loyalty, and proactively inform clients about new products or services while collaborating with a multicultural, customer-focused team in Paris.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hotel, retail, or e-commerce sectors preferred
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
