Determine precise cost breakdowns for new packaging elements and subcontracting associated with new product projects, starting from tender calls and analyzing multi-consultation quotes. Lead the determination of necessary tooling investments with suppliers and manage the attribution of markets following tender processes. Search, reference, and manage competent partners for Hermès components while animating the supplier network to secure favorable economic conditions. Verify financial health and governance of chosen partners, prepare cost sheets for new items, and control invoices for peripheral fees, investments, and components. Support the supply and quality teams regarding missed deadlines and quality incidents, and follow accounting events related to supplier billing disputes.
