Receive customer orders and send confirmations, then track subcontractor confirmations, shipments, and result integrations. Enter and verify analysis results, field parameters, and subcontract data while transmitting outputs in PDF, Excel, or XML formats. Manage cold chain records by monitoring freezer temperatures and follow specific client sampling schedules to ensure timely result delivery. Adhere to current regulations, report safety hazards or QHSE deviations to management, and apply evolving management systems. Participate in organizational improvements to enhance quality, safety, productivity, and environmental impact while respecting PPE and workplace regulations.
