CD Specialist, VDC

Customer Development Specialist on the VDC team responsible for integrating data sources to compile brand and category overviews, evaluating promotions and sales, and transforming data into clear, actionable insights. Develop compelling narratives and present findings to inform customer recommendations and strategic planning. Monitor retail trends, conduct regular retail audits, and track competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, shopper insights, shopper marketing, retail marketing, and ecommerce) to drive omni-channel business. Drive initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities and be proactive in resolving issues. Engage in ongoing professional development and sustainability efforts. Requires Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience; experience with Consumer Packaged Goods, Nielsen/IRI data, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Hybrid work arrangement with travel up to 10%; located in Rosemont, IL, with visa sponsorship not available.
