Monitor and document client activities to ensure safety and accountability, conducting facility rounds every two hours. Assist with admissions and discharges, administer or oversee medication distribution, and perform drug screenings and breathalyzer tests. Maintain accurate electronic medical records in Procentive, support facility cleanliness, and prepare simple meals when needed. Utilize de-escalation skills to support clients during difficult moments and provide transportation using company vehicles. Attend required meetings and training sessions. This role blends structure, teamwork, and client interaction without the physical demands of traditional CNA work, offering a stepping stone into behavioral health or leadership.
