Job Summary
B2B Account Executive role focused on new business procurement and account management for SMEs in the North American Chinese business ecosystem. You will prospect and close deals for CCYP’s web, video, and AI-powered business solutions, deepen existing client relationships for upsell opportunities, and collaborate with digital marketing, web/video production, and sales-support teams to deliver customized marketing outcomes. Requires bilingual English-Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency, a proven outside sales track record with SMBs, and the ability to navigate digital marketing concepts to articulate ROI to business owners. Located in Rosemead, CA, with a full-time on-site role and responsibility for the complete sales lifecycle from initial pitch to close.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Mastery: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing)
- Proven B2B Sales Track Record: 2+ years in outside sales, account management, or business development with quota history
- Digital Marketing Literacy: Understanding of modern digital marketing fundamentals (SEO/AEO, social media, web, video metrics)
- Relationship-Driven Hustle: High EI, strong negotiation skills, self-motivated to manage a high-volume pipeline
