CCU Registered Nurse / RN

Deliver safe, effective, and independent nursing care using the nursing process, performing thorough patient assessments and developing individualized care plans that incorporate patient and family input. Document care accurately in electronic records, identify learning needs, and recognize cultural differences to personalize treatment. Function as a resource for colleagues, delegate appropriately using the Synergy Model, and work effectively with interdisciplinary teams while demonstrating strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Identify needs for policy revisions based on evidence-based research, collect and analyze data to improve patient care, and participate in surveys to resolve areas for improvement. Maintain required points and contact hours per the clinical lattice PLAN system.
