Job Summary
CCTV Technical Specialist role within the Utility Division for the Southern Water contract, focused on delivering insights into the wastewater network to drive proactive maintenance and reactive problem resolution. Responsibilities include reviewing CCTV footage captured by engineers, recommending sewer cleaning works and rehabilitation, ensuring footage aligns with requested activities, raising re-attendances when needed, escalating CCTV issues, and liaising with Planners, Engineers, Field Management Teams and Southern Water stakeholders. The role emphasizes adherence to company policies, data privacy (UK GDPR), and a customer-focused, collaborative approach to ensure quality, compliance, and reliable operational delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
