Job Summary
Monitor all hotel CCTV cameras on a 24 by 7 schedule, identifying security incidents, safety risks, and system issues in real time. Raise alerts and issues to the hotel management team without delay and coordinate with on-site security and hotel staff during incidents. Produce daily monitoring reports with clear observations and timestamps, prepare detailed incident reports following security protocols, and check camera functionality during shifts. Escalate camera outages, blind spots, or system faults as required while adhering to data privacy, security, and access control policies.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in Computer applications
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in the English language
- Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours
- Efficient Multitasking ability
