Job Summary
Observe multiple live camera streams to detect unauthorized access, loitering, or criminal activity and analyze AI-triggered alerts from motion sensors, tripwires, or heat systems to verify genuine threats. Conduct virtual patrols by switching between cameras at scheduled intervals and regularly check that cameras and network connections remain fully operational. Report equipment malfunctions such as blurry lenses or lost feeds to the technical team and maintain detailed, timestamped logs of all alarms and actions taken. Coordinate immediate responses via on-site audio interventions or by dispatching emergency services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or command center environments.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, camera layouts, and monitoring protocols.
- Familiarity with incident reporting tools and case management systems.
- Ability to translate operational procedures into clear training content.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
