Job Summary
Assess and treat critically ill or injured adult and pediatric patients during inter-facility transportation while supporting physician orders and adhering to CCT standardized procedures. Act as team leader to ensure a safe, clean, well-stocked environment, maintain regular equipment checks, and collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel. Manage care requirements within the Registered Nurse scope of practice and maintain required certifications including ACLS, PALS, BLS-C, PHTLS, and NRP. Requires current RN license, minimum 2 years ICU RN experience, valid driver's license, and critical care inter-facility transfer expertise. Full-time role in Central, AZ with immediate hiring, $5K sign-on bonus, and hourly rate of $38.11 to $56.57.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU RN or 5 years ED/CCT/ Cardiac/Trauma RN experience
- Current ACLS, PALS, BLS-C (or equivalent) provider status
- PHTLS and NRP Provider Certification
- ICS courses, refer to FEMA - IS-100B (ICS 100), IS-700A (NIMS)
- Critical care inter-facility transfer experience
- CEN, CCRN, TNCC, or ENC Certification
- BTLS/PHTL
