Job Summary
Cost & Analytics professional will drive end-to-end data-intensive initiatives for FICC OTC products, partner with business, sales, operations and technology to deliver automation and governance, perform deep data analysis, elicit requirements, translate needs into data models, lead UAT and production releases, manage JIRA backlogs, and deliver KPI-driven improvements and cost transparency across the trade lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate 6+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of FICC OTC products and investment banking.
- Understand front-to-back trade lifecycle, fees, and reconciliation.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies using JIRA and delivery tools.
- Analyze and document complex business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and operations.
- Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing, including scenario design.
- Coordinate manual-to-automated process transitions and risk reduction.
- Collaborate with operations to resolve data and reporting issues.
- Own end-to-end delivery for data-driven enhancements.
- Establish and lead governance forums and executive reporting.
- Develop strong documentation and audit-ready project artifacts.
- Utilize SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and automation tools for scalable solutions.
