Data, Privacy & AI Compliance Vice President leading the European Compliance Program for Data, Privacy, and AI. Provides SME guidance on GDPR, EU AI Act, and related regulations; oversees 1LOD Data, Privacy & AI program, risk testing, and regulatory examinations; develops training for employees; builds relationships with senior stakeholders; and ensures regulatory alignment across European entities. Strong data management, AI risk, governance, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in data management and AI, or related fields such as compliance, operational risk or audit.
- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and implementing data-centric regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act) within banking.
- Proven track record in data governance, data protection strategies, or regulatory compliance for banking activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams in a global organization.
