Job Summary
Sr Associate in APAC CCOR REM & Automation at JPMorgan Chase based in Bengaluru, responsible for developing and maintaining a framework for firmwide regulatory engagement, producing MIS reports using RACER data, coordinating with country compliance teams, supporting user acceptance testing and automation initiatives related to RACER and broader regulatory engagement, and contributing to Appendix 21 governance of the U.S. Resolution Plan; requires strong analytical skills, data handling capabilities, experience with automation tools (Python, Alteryx, UiPath), GenAI tools, SQL/VBA, and effective stakeholder management across APAC time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in regulatory engagement and CCOR functions
- Strong analytical skills with large datasets
- Experience delivering workflow/automation solutions (Python, Alteryx, UiPath)
- Technical foundation in SQL, Python, VBA
- Ability to translate regulatory/compliance requirements into actionable guidance
- Experience with RACER or similar regulatory reporting tools
- Experience with GenAI tools to improve compliance workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and concise communication
- Willingness to work across APAC time zones
- Comfort with reporting, dashboards, and MIS generation
- Attention to data governance and confidentiality
