Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new client relationships. Build executive level relationships, participate in client prospecting, and provide assessments of customer relationship health. Partner across teams to execute strategies that meet client needs. Lead negotiations to secure profitable deals and develop industry-specific knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in Sales and Relationship Management, Product Management, Commercial Operations or other customer focused roles
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or CFA preferred
- Deep knowledge of Financial industry, Buyside segment
- Proven track record in managing large accounts or business segments
- Diversified experiences driving and implementing growth initiatives
- Confidence in navigating and building relationships with C-Level executives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management
- Data and metrics driven
