Job Summary
CCM Manager for Vodka, Rums, and Scotch will develop and implement robust commercial strategies and category plans to grow market share and profitability. The role entails leading category management activities (pricing, assortment, promotions, and innovation), partnering with sales to enable go-to-market success, analyzing market data to identify opportunities and risks, managing brand P&L within budget guidelines, coordinating with supply chain for product availability, and contributing to continuous improvement in category management processes. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (or related field), at least 5 years of experience in category/brand management or commercial leadership in beverages/FMCG, strong data analysis skills, stakeholder influence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with knowledge of the US spirits market and regulatory landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, brand management, or commercial leadership within the beverage alcohol industry or FMCG sectors
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis and category management tools
