Job Summary
CCE Specialist focusing on selling and renting compact construction equipment within the Spokane region, leveraging technology to boost customer efficiency and profits, and building market share across Spokane, Stevens, Ferry, and Lincoln counties. Responsibilities include developing relationships with new and existing customers, managing a defined territory, and pursuing growth in equipment sales and rentals. Requires at least 3 years of sales experience, knowledge of construction and compact equipment, strong communication and computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and experience operating construction equipment and heavy trucks. Financing background is preferred. Compensation: Salary + Commission, with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience
- Knowledge of construction equipment
- Knowledge of Compact Equipment (CCE)
- Financing background preferred
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination
