Job Summary
Conduct hardware assembly and software programming for physical security and network devices, including cameras, NVRs, and access points. Coordinate daily production requirements and perform new order assessments to determine networking and testing needs. Communicate with internal and external customers to develop and deploy specific software configurations while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Report and document all activities, provide support to CCC Team Leads as necessary, and execute special projects or miscellaneous duties as requested by management. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to understand basic English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change
- Must possess good number aptitude and reconciliation skills
- Must be detail oriented and accurate
- Must be technically oriented and possess a good working knowledge of IP network setup, Microsoft software usage and deployment
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds infrequently
- Must be physically in attendance at his/her workstation at the designated company office location during the normal business hours designated for the position
- Must be available for overtime hours, including weekends
