Job Summary
Direct the overall operation of the Nursing department by planning, organizing, and supervising staff while assigning appropriate levels of CNAs and LPNs per shift. Manage the department budget, evaluate nursing performance, and direct care provided by the team. Perform staff nurse functions as required, assist in patient evacuations, and communicate productively on an interdisciplinary team. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients. Is on call for emergencies and supervisory advice. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, current state registration, and six months to a year of experience in an extended care facility.

- Graduate of an accredited program of nursing education
- Bachelor degree

- Six months to a year in an extended care facility
