Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor for the Community Support Team (CST) at Metropolitan Family Services, Merrionette Park Office. Responsibilities include clinical oversight of IM+CANS assessments and treatment plans, staff supervision (daily huddles, weekly meetings, licensure hours tracking), case consultation for complex cases and crisis response, program coordination and budgeting, and the delivery of direct mental health services (individual, group, family) in home, community, and virtual settings. Requires MSW or related master's degree, LPHA (IL) such as LCPC or LCSW, and at least 2 years post-licensure clinical experience. Proficiency in IM-CANS and knowledge of ASAM criteria are required; experience with CST/ACT models is preferred. Driving required with valid IL license. Salary range $78,000–$90,000 annually plus a $2,500 sign-on for first-time employees with MFS; full benefits package available. Operations emphasize evidence-based practice, staff development, and multi-disciplinary collaboration with families and community partners.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university, required
- Must be an LPHA in the State of Illinois, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), required
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, required
- Proficiency in IM-CANS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and knowledge of ASAM criteria, required
