Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor for a CCBHC at Metropolitan Family Services in Merrionette Park, IL. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating all program aspects, ensuring quality and quantity of services, handling personnel matters (hiring, employee relations, performance improvement, staffing changes), identifying leadership potential, developing annual and long-range plans, budgeting, integrating multi-service and multi-disciplinary approaches, maintaining community relationships, collaborating with other program supervisors, mentoring intern staff, and working with diverse populations. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field, LPHA Certification, and 5+ years of experience. Travel between sites is required; driving not required. Comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary in the 78k–90k range with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for first-time employees.
