Job Summary
Sr. Associate Control Manager in JPMorganChase's Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) org leads identification and mitigation of compliance and operational risks. Partners with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls, designs and monitors controls using automation, AI, and data analytics, and leaders Risk & Control Self-Assessments through process walkthroughs. Supports control program projects to ensure regulatory compliance, drives improvements via new technology, and applies digital risk management, agile ways of working, and automation to advance the program.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in financial services
- experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management
