Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide daily living assistance, encourage independence and skill-building, assist with medication administration and transportation, complete documentation, and work collaboratively with supervisors and teams across Residential, Day, and Employment Programs. The role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and requires a valid Connecticut driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
