Job Summary
Campaign Coordinator who collaborates with Sales, In-Field Operations, airport staff, and advertising clients to coordinate artwork into airport advertising displays, establish timelines and display specifications, ensure artwork meets standards for production, manage artwork approvals with airport staff, liaise among internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to align on campaign goals, troubleshoot display or installation issues, and generate performance and completion reporting. Requires proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, prepress/workflow tools, print management), ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, strong analytics/reporting skills, and strong office-suite capabilities. Based in Allentown, PA with travel as needed; travel and repetitive desk tasks are part of daily duties, and the role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and delivering high-quality advertising campaigns across production and installation stages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred
