Conduct direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting, including rooming patients, taking vitals, pulling charts, and performing CLIA waived moderate testing, blood draws, and injections. Assist physicians with clinical and clerical tasks such as collecting and processing routine lab results, handling prior authorizations, managing patient eligibility, and reconciling labs. Provide customer service on the phone and at the front desk, including checking patients in and out, collecting payments, scanning discharges, and posting charges. Maintain a positive image of the clinic by prioritizing work under pressure and ensuring proper inventory and instrument care.
