Job Summary
Lead the architecture and design of Oracle CC&B solutions for utility clients, defining technical standards, integration patterns, and data models. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while providing guidance on best practices for configuration, customization, and integration. Oversee solution performance, scalability, and security, and mentor technical teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards. Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and proposal development. Requires 8+ years of Oracle Utilities experience with 5+ years in CC&B and strong skills in OUAF, SOA, REST APIs, and middleware.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities applications
- at least 5 years in CC&B
- Strong understanding of CC&B modules including Customer Management, Billing, Payments, and Metering
- Experience with OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework)
- Hands-on experience with integrations using SOA, REST APIs, and middleware platforms
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale CC&B solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with other Oracle Utilities products (e.g., MDM, C2M, SGG)
