Job Summary
Oversees external collection agencies to maximize recoveries on 90+ days past due accounts; manages agency performance, conducts visits, audits, bi-annual business reviews, negotiates payment arrangements, supports litigation, uses discounting/factor rate tables, and prepares reports; requires a Bachelor’s degree and about 1 year of collections experience; proficient with Word/Excel/PowerPoint; onsite in Pasay.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
- At least 1 year of collections experience preferably from credit card company, bank or collection agencies
- Knowledge on collection system and policies/procedures is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to work onsite 100%
