Job Summary
Manage and supervise Recoveries Assistants to ensure agency targets are met while overseeing compliance and performance of outside Manila-Luzon and Visayas-Mindanao agencies through regular visitation. Provide analytics on strategies, monitor flow rates for accounts 90 days and above past due, and endorse accounts to collection agencies based on collection rate, capacity, and consistency. Formulate policies, conduct comparative analysis of debt handling, and implement litigation by evaluating cases for filing. Coach the team to maximize collection effectiveness, minimize credit losses, and assist customers in finalizing payment arrangements without default.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of collections experience in recoveries preferably from credit card company, bank or collection agencies
- At least 2 years people management experience preferably handling collection recoveries team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint

- Knowledge on collection system and policies/procedures
