Job Summary
Fraud Officer responsible for identifying potential fraudulent transactions, validating suspicious activity with cardholders or merchants, preventing further fraud, and maintaining high customer service standards. Role includes analyzing fraud cases, recommending decisions, improving processes, preparing reports, maintaining databases, coordinating training, and performing duties across issuing, acquiring, and investigation teams (including case analysis in Falcon Case Manager, CIMSv3/Ifrend updates, handling exception lists, fraud monitoring, and dispute handling). Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of fraud-management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PRIME system is advantageous. Located in Ayala, Makati, Philippines (Office-based roles).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 1–2 years experience in fraud management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of PRIME system is an advantage
